Veteran of the Wrathgate
I'm stunned...speechless, absolutely amazed at what Blizzard just showed me in Wrath of the Lich King. I just finished the quest Return to Angrathar and was simply blown away by the cinematic that was played. It really pulled me into the experience in the way I've never experienced a video game, movie, book, or anything outside of 'real life'.
I highly suggest to any of my fellow Hordies that they do the questline, it's very much worth every penny of the expansion alone.
The follow-on quests are equally epic, I'm told. Off to Warsong Hold to tell Saurfang the bad news.
Dear Government….Screw you
I'm so livid right now. Secy Paulson just announced that instead of using the $700,000,000,000 $800,000,000,000 that they needed to borrow from us to make sure people would stay in their houses and to suppliment the epicly mismanaged and failing banking system will now be used just to bail out the horribly mismanaged banks. I just don't understand.
This man better not have a job in 90 days. Call your elected officials and promote truth in policy.

Barrah beats you to Northrend
After months of patiently waiting for the Wrath of the Lich King, Mother Nature decided to drop a release-week blizzard on us. Don your frost resist gear and pick up whatever 2-handed snow cleaver you can get your hands on and join Barrah here in the frozen climes.
I, for one, welcome our new crystalline overlords. I just wish we colud find some Dehno-sized frost resist leggings and greaves so we could quest together.
I guess I'll have to fall back on questing with my good friends in my guild, <Epitomé>. I'm really looking forward to seeing the new zones and checking out the new quests. As many of you may know I was selected to beta test this expansion and had a blast doing so. I highly recommend to anyone who plays WoW to roll a Death Knight if only for the starting experience, which is, in my mind, a culmination of some of the best things Blizzard has ever done, and probably one of the highlights of any MMO. It's a prime example of what Blizz is calling 'phasing', and is a great chance to be udderly evil, if only for a short time before joining back up with the faction of your choice. At any rate, WoTLK is much anticipated by many, this author most definitely included.
